Liability for content

The contents of our website have been chosen with great care. We do not, however, give any warranty for the accuracy, completeness and currency of such contents. As a service provider, according to §7, Subsection 1 of the German Teleservices Act we are responsible for our own content of this website in accordance with general legislation. According to §§8 to 10 of the German Teleservices Act, as a service provider, we are not, however, obliged to monitor transferred or stored external information or to research circumstances that may suggest illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time where a concrete violation of the law is recognised. On such violations of the law becoming known, we shall immediately remove such contents.

Our website contains links to external internet sites operated by third parties, the content of which is beyond our sphere of influence. We can thus also not give any warranty for the content of these external websites. The provider or operator of these sites is responsible for the content of the linked websites. The linked websites were checked for possible violations of the law at the time these links were established. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time these links were included on our website. Permanent control of these links without concrete evidence of legal infringement is, however, unreasonable. On violations of the law becoming known, we shall immediately remove such links.

Copyright

The contents and works on this internet site created by the website operator are subject to German copyright law. Permission to copy, process, disseminate or use these in any form beyond the bounds of the copyright law must be given in writing by the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this website are permitted for private use only and not for commercial use. The copyright of third parties has been observed regarding any contents of this website not created by the operator. In particular, the copyright of third parties has been designated as such. Should you become aware of any infringement of copyright, we would ask you to inform us accordingly. On violations of the law becoming known, we shall immediately remove such contents.
